Returns:


Damaged, Defective products or incorrect items.

On the delivery date and while the delivery team is at your door please check your order carefully. If you received a product that is damaged, defective or that is not the product you ordered, you can return it on the spot and deduct it from the order balance.


List of the items that can be retuned on delivery date:

Nail polish (all colors and treatments), Lipsticks (Duo, Black Velvet, Mélange Lipstick, Mix and Match Lipstick, Lipfix Liptatoo and 3d Lip Gloss), CC Cream, WaterProof Foundation, Super Primer, Pencils, Spa Cream, Mascaras, Extreme Hydrating, Crackling Mousses and Fragrance Mist.


Regarding All the items that are packed with wrapping films.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or that is not the product you ordered

please contact [email protected] or call us on 05 807 303 and we will send you a replacement for free. Please take a photo of the product so we have a proof of the damages


You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


The item that can be returned within 2 days are:

Face shimmer, Body shimmer, Magnetic scrub, 24k Golden scrub, Eye Contour Gel (caviar and grape seed), Gel for neck and Décolleté (caviar and grape seed).


Note: all items that are packed with wrapping film can’t be returned when opened.
